Pastor Richard has been in pastoral ministry for 35 years having served in churches in California and Texas. He has a duel BS Degree in Bible/Theology and Pastoral Ministries from Bethany Bible College in Santa Cruz, CA.

He has served in many capacities of ministry over the years including Teen Challenge Ministry, Counselor of a Drug Rehabilitation, Institutional Supervisor of a Juvenile Detention Facility, a school administrator, Christian Education Director, Youth Pastor, Singles Pastor and other ministry tasks of the church.

Having a well-rounded experiential knowledge, his desire is to build a church that will continue the ministry of Christ (Acts 2:42, Matthew 10:7-8) to meet the many needs of those who hurt and need to know the Lord.
